Micaela has a degree in Early Childhood Education and Art Therapy, and has been a professional nanny and educator in the area for over seven years, and is now a postpartum Doula and Lactation Consultant. These various perspectives allow Micaela to put herself in each unique situation and make the best matches. Micaela knows that leaving your child(ren) with a caregiver is not easy and her passion is easing this difficult process and taking the worry out of childcare. She truly delights in building new relationships, providing continuous support and working as a team with each family.
